Games run entirely on your device. There is no account to create and no game server behind the app.

• No user account, no sign-up
• No game server: games, player names and custom rules never leave your device
• No audience measurement or tracking tool added by us
• Only advertising talks to servers: the section below spells out what is sent

Note: If online features are added in the future (multiplayer, leaderboards, etc.), this policy will be updated and you will be notified.

The app is free and funded by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which collects for its own purposes:

• The device advertising ID: an identifier dedicated to advertising, which you can reset at any time
• Technical data: device model, operating system, language and IP address, which gives an approximate location (country, region)
• Your interactions with the ads: ads displayed, clicks and rewarded videos watched to the end

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent form appears the first time you open the app. You can refuse personalised advertising: non-personalised, less targeted ads may then still be shown. On iOS, the system asks separately for tracking permission, which you are free to decline.

The app uses your browser/device storage only for:

• Language: the language chosen for the interface
• Vibration: whether the device vibrates during a game
• Custom rules: the actions you have rewritten
• Age verification: confirmation that you declared you are of legal age and read the warnings
• Unlocks: game modes and customisation you have unlocked
• Game in progress: deck, players and pending card, so you can pick up where you left off

This data stays exclusively on your device: it is never sent to our servers or to Google AdMob.

Your game data stays on your device, protected by the system's built-in security, which keeps apps isolated from one another. Exchanges with Google AdMob are encrypted (HTTPS).

Tournée Royale never asks you for the following information, never accesses it and never passes it on to anyone, not even to the ad network:

• Full name
• Email address or phone number
• Postal address
• Banking information
• Precise geolocation
• Personal photos or videos

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access: see the data stored locally (available in your device settings).
• Right of deletion: see the section below.
• Right to object: you can refuse local storage by uninstalling the app.
• Advertising consent: you can change it at any time by resetting your advertising ID or clearing the app data in your device settings; the consent form is then shown again the next time you open the app.

To delete every local data stored by Tournée Royale:

• On the web: Clear browsing data / localStorage for this site.
• On mobile: Uninstall the app or clear its data in the system settings.

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time. Any change will be communicated through the app and will take effect immediately after publication.
